HYROX Training Camp is a performance based hybrid training experience designed for athletes preparing for HYROX style competition and for anyone who wants to train with purpose. Hosted on The Fitness Farm, each session blends functional strength training with aerobic conditioning to build endurance, resilience, and real world work capacity.
Classes are programmed around race style intervals including sled work, carries, lunges, lifting, running or cardio efforts, and bodyweight movements. Every session is challenging but fully scalable, making it accessible whether you are training for your first HYROX or sharpening your competitive edge.
This is more than a workout. HYROX Training Camp is about showing up, putting in honest effort, and training alongside a community that is committed to getting better. After the work is done, you will cool down by reconnecting with the farm, spending time with the animals, and resetting before stepping back into everyday life.
